Pretty warm today. Also my Box Jumps are all step downs to avoid slamming on the concrete.

The heat today made this WOD awful. That first round of SDHP was tough.

I was unbroken on everything except the 2nd round of SDHP's. I did 15-5. My last run was 1:40 to just get under 15:00. I too do not jump back off BJ's. I step down on every one. This slows me down as well as having to set up before each jump.

Great WOD, so fun to do at the park. Really needed the competition from everyone, especially with all that running.
