This was brutal on the legs. I was at 19:00 when I started the Lunges. Over 7 minutes to do the lunges? I must have been slacking. Thanks Heather and Paul for coming over to do this me. You guys are doing amazing!

I want to let Heather and Paul know they are kicking some ass! This is completely new for them and they have dove right in giving everything they have. This WOD was a hard one and you 2 kept pushing along and completed the task. Keep up the hard work, enjoy the WOD's and you will reap the benefits. We are glad to have you on board!

Brutal is an understatement. I was pretty fatigued during this. Pushing that hard for that long is tough. I know it'll be amazing to start seeing my last bit of body fat melt away. I am at 13.9% body fat and am hoping to get down to 10 or 11%.

Like I said, brutal. Thanks to Paul for supplying us with equipment and the knowledge to do it right. We really appreciate the time you've taken to teach and encourage us. We are both very excited about the whole thing!

38:08 Rx'd except I did 50lbs for dumbbell push press. I only had weight for either 35lbs or 50lbs and I didn't want to do sub rx.

Very tough WOD I was at 23:00 when I started my Burpees. So I must have been really slacking too. Good WOD Paul.

Rx'd except for RD; purple band.

Wow. This was very intense. Most difficult for me were the DB/PP and PU's. The OH walking lunges at the end were nearly impossible. Just pushed through. SC were good. TH's were ok; 4/4/4/3.

75# thrusters

This was insane! I wanted to die at burpees. Attempted to do thrusters with 80#, did one, but knew I wasn't going to get through them at the weight so dropped to 75#. Awesome job to everyone that did this WOD!

Morgan- 26:05 45# thrusters, squat cleans. 20#dbpp, red band pull-ups/ring dips, 10# ohwl.

The only thing I did unbroken were the burpees. Everything else was brutal!

Oh and I did knees to elbows and barely that :/

got my toes as close as I could to the bar. Don't think I had anything unbroken. Tough WOD... Even with all the modifications.
