I wanted sub 4:00! I wasn't planning on doing this! I had already done a 5K run today and am running on fumes (tired) from working the last 5 days. I had to drop the bar on my 15 and 9 as well as the pullups on 15 and 9. I was feeling the fatigue. Thanks Fackrells for coming over and pushing me to do this!

I'm horrible at keeping time. I am so burnt out at the end I forget to look. I guess that's key.

YEAH! Got sub 7:00! Didn't do any thrusters unbroken: 13-8, 8-4-3, 5-4. Was able to do pullups pretty quick.
