Wanted to do a little less intensive workout today, so I did a few weight maxes.Shoulder Press - 135Push Press - 165Push Jerk - 185 (I got 195 up but couldn't lock my arms out :( )bench - 225 (felt weak today)Squat - 275 (Didn't try more)Power Clean - 195 (Didn't try more)Finished off with a core workout that sucked haha.
Oh and weighing in at no more than 185 lbs. I started at 205 lbs and that's when I put up 245 bench.
8:57 RX'd (07/13/13)Wow, this was hard! I was unbroken on my first set of PC's. Pullups were tough. I believe WB's every round were unbroken. Tough WOD!
