Wanted to see where I was with my mile time. Was hoping for sub 7:

Now i have something to work off of. My neighborhood has uphill, but downhill too, so I think it evens out. Want to do this at the park.

Jen, can you confirm my time, please? This was great! Really hard. I wanted to keep up with Jen but she passed me on the PC's. Nice to see everyone. :-)

Paul didn't have quite enough energy to get up from the squat. Dropped the bar before standing up. Proud of him none the less!

Everything was unbroken but Round 4 of C&J's. Threw it down after 3. Felt OK although my 2 injured toes were in pain when I made turns during my runs. I also was glad to do an OH Squat. Wasn't going to try until I did one pretty easy Pre-WOD.

This is always a good one. Felt good with the 80#. the first couple PC's I dropped after getting the bar up, but then did the rest straight through. Nice job everyone!
