Before I started the 30 day challenge, I did this as my 2nd workout postpartum. 60#, and singles and ended @ 14:15. Feels good to be that much stronger and capable after only 2 weeks!

Thanks to Hunter's coaching, I pushed to get a sub 10 min time! I was slowing down in the last three rounds but it's nice to be reminded that every second counts. Shaved off over a minute.
