13:29 @ 65#; 1st round unbroken all the way through, after that I did everything in no less than sets of 5.
I probably should have rx'd it since the burpees were the hard part. the snatches sucked but I never fatigued on it.
I was the slowest out of the 3 other people I did this workout with... lol

Not too bad, took some time off from last year. Still hard! Mainly this time I didn't have any shoulder issues, just maxed out on my heart rate. Thanks to Krista and Brenda for joining me!!! I needed to wo this am but was tired...so happy to have this done.

That was super intense! I was definitely at my max heart rate. It took everything I had to beat Krista's time! Nice job all of you!
