This includes time to add and remove weight for oh lunges, pp, gm and pc's. Push press was the hardest for me. Everything else was good. Yay for Chipper Fridays. :-) Thanks for killing me on this one Krista.

You all did real well with this one! I have not used weights for about 3 weeks. This was a killer for me! I just found out I have carpel tunnel in my left hand, Have been in Therpy.
