Did PCs first time I did this WOD the squat cleans are much tougher.

This was super tough. I didn't like it one bit. I need to work on my sq cleans still. They are my nemesis. Also, we had the full sun and lots of humidity. Glad to get it done!!

Krista, you rocked it! Let's try this again in the winter.

2/10/12 - 20:13 Rx'd, subbed power cleans for sq cleans. My runs were moderate due to the knee, and 80# is my PR for power cleans in a WOD! KB's and dl's were unbroken.
