"300"

25 Pullups
50 Deadlifts (80/135#)
50 Pushups (hand release)
50 Box Jumps (20/24")
50 Floor Wipers (80/135#)
50 Kettlebell Swings (35/53#)
25 Pullups

*As soon as the "300" movie came out, the "300" workout came out. Men and women everywhere, from all walks of life, were eager to learn how King Leonidas (Gerard Butler) and his Spartan warriors got their abs of steel, boulder shoulders, barn door backs, etc. This is the Workout supposedly they did everyday. We do it once and we kill it! By the way the KB Swings were really Clean and Press with 36#?????

26:18 rx'd except for 15 of the box jumps. 15 were 20" and then rest were 24".
I'm pretty sure I did the floor cleaners right... lol

My buddy did 25:33 with 95# on all weight and a 35# KB

I did all rx'd except for floor cleaners, since I was unfamiliar with the exercise - don't think I could have done 80#. This was definitely a tough WOD!

I decided to do the "300" workout with a coworker that roved into the station today. The floor wipers were toughest exercise. I am happy with my time.
I began the WOD 5 seconds after the time started!

He got 20:55 with a call (time stopped) at about 17:00.

Dang! I left out pushups.
29:21/04:26 Pull ups 10,5,5,5 DL very slow and broken. Sub leg lifts. KB broken a couple times. Pull ups 5,5,5,4,3,3. Did pullups, pushups, DL, KB Rx'd.

This was good.
The KB felt like dead weight after the floor wipers. Last 25 pullups were tough too. Tried to catch Jenette but couldn't; nice job!

Happy with this time! Got through the first pull-ups 10/10/5, DL's were 25/25 with one quick break to reset my hands, everything else just chipped away at it, pushups were the hardest. My forearms were OUT and hands shaking by the end after the KB then pullups. I just wanted to keep up the pace ahead of Krista! It doesn't happen too often. :-))
