7:43 Rx'dHOT!! All reps of sdhp/pp were unbroken but I had to rest in between each set and, obviously, rested too much. I also did not go fast enough on my sdhp. After that, I was resting once in between the rounds and once halfway through the rounds. lolDid some more ring dips, got 6 without dropping. Also, Paul, I saw you mention something about kipping with the dips? I figured they were strict. I'll try it out next time!
Nothing is strict in CrossFit. Functional, functional, functional!
4:47 RX'd (06/08/13) - PRI hit this at work and crushed it. My PP seemed so strong. I did every round unbroken and took a few breathes between each round.
