31:01 1000m run, purple band Pullups, 1St rnd BJs, second and third rnd Step-ups @ 18".This totally killed me. I was dying. It is definitely going to take me a while to get back to where I was pre-pregnancy. I am starting with a Crossfit wod every other day and the elliptical in between for now...I will get there!

It is impressive that you are even attempting WODs right now - just don't hurt yourself - you need to let those ab muscles readjust!I didn't care much for this one. 1000m is a long row. My 500m pace for each round was 2:17, 2:24, 2:30. BJ's were tough even at the lower height.

19:54 RX'd (06/17/13)Tough WOD! I'm glad it is over. The Row was the toughest part. Pullups were harder than usual since I still have unhealed blisters on my hands. I wore gloves to save my hands and they made it tough to stay on the bar. Row times per 500M were: 1st Round - 1:50, 2nd Round - 1:58 and 3rd Round - 1:58.
27:22 Rx'dKrista and I chased each other on this one and it worked out well; I certainly rowed faster when I saw she was getting on the box jumps. Each row was about 4:45.Thanks for the race KQ!!!
28:38 Rx'dThis was brutal.Pullups were ok; they just took me a long time.BJ's seemed most difficult; my legs were "jittery".Row felt good; especially for 1000m x3.I was hoping Jenette would slow down...lol!
