Very Tough! Pullups tore my hands up! First round of WB's were unbroken and did the first 26 Pullups. Double unders weren't hard but neve more than 30 in a row. My Biceps are swolled up! This WOD would be better if it were 50-25!

If I could remember correctly, I finished WB's at 1:45 and finished the first round around 6:30. At 10:00 I was at 17 PU's in the second round.

Deneshia 26:49 There must be something about this workout that makes Easton feel the need to be a complete pain in the ____! Interrupted again.
WB - Are so beautiful due to finally being able to squat properly. Yay! Need to improve on fluidity and speed.
PU - should have brought a step. Did jumping PU. Was unable to set up the bar high enough.
DU - a couple trip ups each round.

HOLY CRAP Paul!!! I remember doing this WOD with you last year. You KILLED it this time. Did you still have to walk from your front entryway where you do wallballs to the garage for pullups?

I will do this one today hopefully I am sub 30 min at this point.

Thanks Jared. Yes I did this WOD in the same place as last year. WB's at the front entrance and the PU's and DU's in the garage. I also forgot to mention that I did this WOD at 3:30 and the sun was hitting on me during the WB's. I believe it was 106 at this time.
