8:08 RX'd (06/14/13)Tough WOD! My legs were jello and my heart rate was jacked! My first round of DU's were horrible. I tripped up about 5 times. The rest of the rounds they were unbroken. Thrusters were unbroken first and second rounds only. 10:12 Rx'd2nd wod for the day. Legs were jello! Completed 1st set of TH unbroken after that dropped the bar once each round. Last round was 13/7. Only 1st and 5th rnd of DU's were unbroken; stopped once on the other rnds. I had to really push to stay ahead of you Jen! No more singles Jenette. Even if you have to do 1 DU at a time. 20 each round is doable.
Did this on 10-23-1414:19 40#It was hard going from thrusters to double unders. Second round of DU unbroken. Most sets of thrusters 10-10.
