14:38 Ring dips w/ purple bandRing dips were tough. Had to break into 3 sets every round - would get the first 9 pretty quick then 3 and 3. My time was much improved from the last though!Previous:17:09; purple band for RD (8/12/12)D. - Nice improvement!
~13:15Did 15 bar dips instead of ring dips. I practiced ring dips after wards.Went from barely doing 1 to chaining 5-6 in a row! :D
14:46 30 bench dips for rd13 days post baby... felt like it was my first workout all over again. Maybe I shouldn't work out at 4 p.m.

15:01 purple bandI was ahead of Krista and she got me on the last round of RD's!!! Blah. I just couldn't make my arms extend and had to take a couple of breaks. She came back at the end with a super fast run, although we both felt like we were barely moving. 5:30 is a HOT time to be running outside. Glad it's done.
