10 Overhead Lunges (25/35#)
20 Good Mornings (30/45#)
30 Double Unders (90 Singles)
800m Run

*Good mornings should be done with the weight on your back, as this is a substitute for a back extension. A kettlebell can be used, but this is more of a stiff-legged deadlift, so is not preferred.

Well, my runs weren't any faster, so it must have been the DU's that helped my time. Did first 2 sets unbroken, really messed up on the last set - broke 4 times! I was dying on the last 800m run! Paul smashed it - he was done before I finished my last set of DU's.

I was a bit faster but not by much. Kept trying to stay ahead of Sandra! She caught right up after the first run and we finished at about the same time. Krista, you rock those DU's! Great start to a Sunday, friends and fitness. :-)

I brought about 6 other people with me to this wod - it was their 1st CF wod. Had to help them out as we went along and they all did great! One rnd of GM's with 35lb KB.
