I did this today:3 Rounds50 Double Unders40 Air Squats30 Situps (unsecured)20 Pushups (Regular)10 Push Press/Jerks (85#)15:43The first round of double unders were about 15-15-15-5 or so the rest on the other sets were all over the place. I need to work on my double-unders a little more.Pushups were army standard pushups.Then I did another workout that I saw you post a while ago:12-9-6-3Power Snatch 85#Burpeesrest one minute then15 Snatch 15 burpeesI got about 7 minutes before the rest, and my timer ran out of battery! :(I finished the work out but I was dieing lol. The snatches and burpees were equally hard lol.
