I did this today:
3 Rounds
50 Double Unders
40 Air Squats
30 Situps (unsecured)
20 Pushups (Regular)
10 Push Press/Jerks (85#)


The first round of double unders were about 15-15-15-5 or so the rest on the other sets were all over the place. I need to work on my double-unders a little more.
Pushups were army standard pushups.

Then I did another workout that I saw you post a while ago:
Power Snatch 85#
rest one minute then
15 Snatch 15 burpees

I got about 7 minutes before the rest, and my timer ran out of battery! :(
I finished the work out but I was dieing lol. The snatches and burpees were equally hard lol.
