10 Kettlebell Swings (35#/53#)

Was able to complete all 10 rounds within the minute with most being about 42-44 seconds. Good WOD.

I was able to complete all 10 Rounds within the minute. Rounds 1-9 were 36-38 Seconds and Round 10 was 31 Seconds. This was a good WOD. It shows us that we can push just as hard on round 10 as we did on Round 1 while maintaining the same intensity throughout the WOD by taking a short rest. We do not need long to recover!

Great wod! I always love to see how much work can be done in just 10 minutes. Makes me think about my intensity over longer wods, and my rest periods. I averaged 16 seconds of rest on each round and that went by really fast, had to keep focused on rest during that time.

Remaining seconds:
1-20, 2-18, 3-15, 4-17, 5-18, 6-15, 7-16, 8-14, 9-14, 10-9 (took a rest btwn burpees and kb's)

I got tired of this but did well. Completed each round as follows:

Round 1; 38 seconds
Round 2; 40 seconds
Rounds 3-7; 39 seconds
Rounds 8-9; 40 seconds
Round 10; 41 seconds

Just did a pt test this morning and passed(of course!).
Maxed pushups (75 in 2 minutes)
Pretty weak in situps (52 in 2 minutes)
and a 16:24 2?mile
Only 1/3 of my platoon passed the run since the run was more like 2.3 miles instead of 2 miles due to bad methods of measurement.

Anyways...
I used a 50# dumbbell for swings
round 1 - 33 seconds
round 2-3 - 31 seconds
round 4-5 - 33 seconds
round 6-10 - 36 seconds

This was a lot harder than I was expecting. I was going as fast as I could on every round.
