12:34 RX'd with 95# (05/23/13) on 05/20/13I did all 50 Thrusters without putting the bar down. It took me 2:19. I did 35 unbroken before I rested the bar in the rack position. Then did 5, Rack, 5 Rack and 5. This was brutal on the shoulders especially once you get to the PP.
