Ouch on the quads! I was already sore from the thruster WOD 2 days ago - so this didn't make it any better! Felt slower than normal on squats.

I'm doing well. trying to go to the gym every day that I'm able to. Some meat heads were rushing me and 2 others off the bench while trying to do the row and bench work out which kinda pissed me off. But I ended up going back later and did a bench workout. Maxed out at 245(PB) and burned myself out. I'm going to try and make that up in a few days.
I'm If I can keep my muscle mass as it is now and lose maybe 20+lbs, I will be happy!

How was I so fast? I must not have lunged the right distance? I did 30 steps. Squats and good mornings were fast and unbroken.
