I tried having my buddy do this with me but This is his second crossfit workout ever and had a problem on pullups and refused to use a band. No completion for him :(

Ran 3.5 miles immediately after.

Rounds 1-2 KB were unbroken, round 3 was 11-10
Round 1 Pullups were unbroken, round 2 was 6-3-3 and round 3 was 3-3-3-3

Oh and I measured my 400m with my pace count. Could be way off! (felt a little longer)

9:11 RX'd @ 70# KB (05/27/13)
I was hoping for sub 8:00 today and knew it wasn't going to happen after realizing I was using a 70# KB instead of the 53#. I was still able to do the KB's unbroken and had to break my last round of Pullups to 7-5. My runs really slowed down due to the fatigue the 70# KB created!
