I recall doing a wod like this before but I couldn't find it on google:10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 With a 200m run in between each.10-8 are Deadlift7-5 are Power Clean4-2 are CLean and Jerk1 is Overhead SquatI did them all with 115#20:13 my boots really weighed the runs down! lol
Yeah, that's a good one. we've done that one many times. the last one was on 9-17-12. Great job!
