8:56 RX'd (05/17/13)Tough WOD! I liked it though. I never failed on the Squat Cleans as tough as it was. I would have to dip under with my butt touching my heels. I am happy that I have the second pull down good for squat cleans.
11:3985lbs Pullups were my weakness (surprise, surprise!); essentially broke it down into sets of 4. Jenette flew right by me on those... :0)
12:30 75#Sq cleans were not the best, but I want to stick with this weight until I get stronger. Pull-ups are getting better! Still can't string 10 in a row but started out w/8. Krista pulled way ahead after those pullups so she still had a lot left in the tank! I liked this wod. :-)
I did this with a buddy. The pullups were the slowest part. Could only do 5-6 at a time.Each squat clean I got it up then squatted with it.53# KB on the first round, then someone stole the 53# weight while I was on pullups so I resorted to 44# on the last 16Me: 14:42 155#Buddy: 17:07 115# and 44# Kb
