I did Wednesday's workout today with a buddy.

Josh: 17:05, Mile: 7:00, 800m: 3:25
I did all double-unders, only round 2 was unbroken.

Buddy: 18:12

Our running track is cross-country style, and the distances were fairly accurate but still estimated.
