I was working and went to LA Fitness to workout. First of all they had some weird rower that was the same resitance pull all the way through. Secondly I was pulling at 28 strokes per minute and only getting about 10M in between pulls. It took about 2 minutes for my first row when normally it would be around 1:40. I then had to run about 50 feet each way to get to the bench press. Then to top it all off we got a call just as I finished the 4th round.
My first 3 rounds of bench press were unbroken. I think I would have done this sub 14.

Bench press is tough for me. 65# was a good challenging weight; did first set 8-7, last set 5-4-3-3. My 3rd row was the fastest at 2:10.

I redid this without interuption this tis. My first row was about 1:40 and the others around 1:50. Bench press was unbroken the first 3 Rounds. Round 4 was 9-6. Round 5 was 9-2-2-2.

Finally got around to doing this one. I thought it was fun. It sucked but was fun!

16:40 rx'd

First 2 rounds were unbroken, round 3 was 13-2, round 4 was 9-5-1, and the final round was 7-4-4.
First row was about 1:50, then just over 2:00 on the rest of the rows.

Last night I did a super hard tri, bi and chest session, so my upper body was trashed... lol

Decided not to risk having to drop weight continuously throughout the wod this time and just stuck w/this weight. I had a massive failure in rounds 4 and 5. Last 5 of round 5 were one at a time. Rows felt good. Why is bench press so hard?!!!! Thank you Krista for spotting me and for KILLING it with 65#.

Wow. Failed in 4th round a couple of times also in 5th to the point that I had to drop to 60lbs to finish last 2 reps. Tough. Jenette did great. Jen - nice job!!
