Tough after nearly 2 wks without a wod. Thought I was going to be sick. Runs and pullups did me in.

This was tough and I haven't had any time off :-) Krista pulled way ahead on the push press but I came back on the pull-ups, which is surprising since I did Jackie last night. No ripped blisters, yay!

I really pushed on this one - didn't want Paul to lap me on run, but he ended up finishing his last run just before I completed my 4th. T2B 17-8, PP 15-10, SDHP 13-7-5, PU 11-7-3-4.

Great WOD!I was really pushing to get sub 15 and killed it! I was unbroken on T2B and PP. SDHP were the hardest exercise. I ended up finishing my last run in 1:34. T2B 25, PP 25, SDHP 16-9, PU 20-5.
