This was a good one. T2B was the worst - took me 4:30 to complete all 40. 1000m row (4:35), 750m Row (3:30), 500m row (2:20).

V-situps, T2B, sit-ups

I found a good pace on the row and stuck with it, about 2:15. The v-situps were a sub for GHD. T2B were 10 then 5 at a time due to grip fatigue. Loved the final 60 situps!

Run instead of row. Could only get k2e, not t2b. K2e killed my hands!
