19:53V-situps, T2B, sit-upsI found a good pace on the row and stuck with it, about 2:15. The v-situps were a sub for GHD. T2B were 10 then 5 at a time due to grip fatigue. Loved the final 60 situps!
20:16Run instead of row. Could only get k2e, not t2b. K2e killed my hands!
