I was surprised to see that I did 90# the last time I did this one. Next time 95#. PC and DLs were good. Jumping squats were killer on the quads! Good WOD!

I'm so glad to have had the heavy PC practice w/Jen the other day. It helped my confidence so I didn't psych myself out. Now If I could get 95# in a WOD that would be great! Landed each PC without failure. DL's were slower than I would have liked, and I took at least one break during each set of air squats. Great WOD!

Krista, you came back w/a vengeance and BEAT me big time. Nice work, thanks for squeezing that wod in. :-)

Although I beat my time, I wasn't feeling it. My Uvula is swollen and difficult to breathe. I really was shooting for sub 10! PC's were only unbroken on the last Round. Deadlifts Unbroken every Round. J. Squats unbroken on the first round only. J. Squats were the hardest exercise!

Round 5 - 2:01 Unbroken on the PC's
