23:29 65#I'm glad I chose this weight. Sq Cleans were difficult until they became impossible due to a strained muscle in my right leg/upper thigh. Could not get any depth after. BJ's were about 10/10/7, Burpees were 10/10. Extremely tough wod. Krista, you were so fast and your sq cleans were amazing!
Just did this WOD; what a suckie KILLER! I was determend to do the heaviest wieght I good manage. What was I thinking!! BJ's where slow after the first Rd, Leg BurnerWO. Sqt Cln's where real hard on my wrists, Burpess did a job on them as well. Over all tough WO!30:31@80lbs
25:23 Rx'dThe squat cleans at Rx'd weight really killed me. I had to take them one at a time and rest between each - I couldn't string any reps together. The box jumps were the best part of this WOD!Nice job ladies!
19:24 RX'd (04/27/13) on 05/08/13.Tough WOD! Proper form really helped with the Squat Cleans. Squat Cleans were 1 at a time except for the first 2 on the start for each round.
i finally got around to doing this workout a few days ago while i was saying at another fob.never again...!it was hot as hell, and i was wearing combat boots, which made the box jumps an extra pain. i started off with 145, but got about 4 reps into the first round and took off 10# because that wasn't happening for 44 total reps lol.35:40, 135#
