This was a tough one. I was unbroken on the entire WOD. I never looked at the clock until I was finished with 10 Rounds. It took me 7:35. I decided to do 22 more reps of each exercise to make a total of 100 Reps for each. I did 12 and 10 of Thrusters and 12 and 10 of KB.
I told myself before the WOD not to go all out as I have been feeling dehydrated and fatigued. Not sure if I did but I am very happy with my score. I feel as though I could do 100 Thrusters under 10 minutes.

This was extremely tough again due to the leg strain from yesterday's sq cleans. Krista totally killed it as she is the Thruster Queen. :-)

Just did this WOD today; 5/1/13! My goal since Feb was to loose 15lbs, by my B-Day, well I only lost 10lb! the big 50 this week! I have to say, not working out on a regular bases, really is wearing this old women out Ha Ha! I miss my Krista! Keep up the good work. thanks for all the WO posting Jen & Paul!

10 Rounds + 9 thrusters = 119 Reps

Was unbroken up through 8 reps. Had to break once on 9 and 10 for thrusters. The last 9 were only 3 at a time - I was DONE!

Deneshia 10rounds +7 push press Dang it! You can always tell when it's finals week cause I always omit or change something! After round nine still had two minutes left but my arms were toast.
