This was a great wod! Was able to keep up momentum throughout and everything unbroken except last two rounds of pull-ups were 4/3. Thanks to Julie for joining me!

Another good one! Felt sluggish before starting this one, but happy with results. My pullups and pushups stayed strong throughout, Slowed up on box jumps after 3rd rnd, then picked it back up on the last set.

Reg push ups. No band for pull ups. Just need a 20" BJ for Rx'D.
Did max reps pull ups prior to WO: 15 pull ups PR.

Great WOD. My goal was 8 Rounds and realized half way through that I was keeping a pace for 10 rounds. I was able to continue that pace. Everything was unbroken.
