41:47Rx'd Sub'd 30 Back Squats @45lbs instead of 10 @body weight.This was a fantastic wod. Did this one with Jenette last week. I had a hard time with the 12lb wb as I usually use a 14lb and sometimes 16lb wb. The pushups really got to me on this wod; but we had fun with this! :0)
43:20 Rx'dWe couldn't do bodyweight back squats w/out a rack so we subbed 30 reps of 45# back squats. My arms were numb by the last round of push-ups...that's never happened before! I was worried when I saw the first round took 14 mins but we just kept going...no short-cutting wod's up in here.
03/13/13Deneshia 59:05 minus a minute or two forgot to stop the time. Excluding cal row- did not use sub.Everything was about 10reps at a time. SDHP 35#KB. Pushups 10reg then knee assist. Backsquat 45# bench assist.Completed round 2 @ 34:02 and had planned on stopping there; feeling fatigued lately. Definately need to do this one again in a few months.Good Job ladies. Kq and Jenette way to pick up the time on the second two rounds.
39:4090# Back squatThis killed me! first round wasn't too bad - finished at a little over 12:00. The last round of pushups I could barely get through. My arms are still shaking!Nice job to all who did this one!
