1.25 mile run (around North Lake)
25 Pushups
25 Burpees
25 Squats
25 Situps

You may break this up any way you want. Strategize and make it fun. Time is once everything is completed.

14:13 with burpee kickouts and knee assisted pushups.
Think I am going to have to start doing toes to bar for situps. It was straining my abdomen...ugh...i hate all the modifications.

Ran 1 mi 8:22, then did all 4 exercises, then ran 400m. Felt good and really pushed...wanted my run to be in the 7min range but it didn't happen.

This is my 5th wod in a row! Will take a break and hit the Open WOD on Sunday.
