*subbed pullups for muscle-ups

I am happy that I improved. Just wanted to complete the DU's. Finished the WB's in about 7:30 (was a little faster on those last year). Had about 20 seconds left when I started pullups and got 6.

Krista - Nice job! We met our goal! Thanks for knocking this one out with me!

Total Reps - 115 (interruption)
My original wall of choice had a celebration going on, so had to find a different park. It wasn't the most ideal spot. Used a pole for wallballs and the dugout to hang rings.
During the WOD I had an audiance; I guess there curiousity got the best of them because they had to interrupt and ask questions.
26:47 +DU's +10 muscle up assist(couple variations) 20 ring dips red band.
This was one of those days I wish I could have met up with you two! Good job Jen.

Good WOD! I lost some time taking my WB back to the garage and then going out to the street to do DU's. I also lost time having to get my WB again to finish off the WOD. WB's = 81,21,15,13,12,8. DU's = 35,25,16,14. PU's all over the place. I did this after limited sleep when I got home off shift.

240 Reps Scaled (03/15/12) due to Shoulder Surgery.

Man! Those wb's did me in this time. DU's were tough too. Jen did amazing; thanks for the wod!
