SUB 10! (AGAIN) I did this at work the previous day at got 9:59. I was mad for a few reasons. One because I had no proof and 2 because I did an extra Thruster and 1/2 a burpee on the final round. So I had to go home and do it again with a video!
I came home and my heart was already racing. I was tired from running 8 calls after midnight and no sleep. I was hungry but had it in my mind to do it again. 9:26!

I was dying on this one! I was actually a little surprised that I beat my last time - thought I was resting too long between sets. Did all thrusters and SDHP unbroken, although had to pause at shoulders on thrusters on sets 8,7,5. Just tried to keep a steady pace on burpees.

Just did this with Krista today 4/9/13. Krista whipped my butt! When you dont keep up with these WO's, your body goes to shit Lol!! It felt good afterwards. I forgot how to do a Thruster, had a brain fart. Thr where nice and low, Burpees hurt my wrists real bad,SDHP where nice and tight. Krista has great form. Thanks for the company, its been about 3weeks since I had my partner!
