My hip is killing me, keeps getting worse everytime I run. Stretching does not seem to help. :(

This was crazy! Not even 5 seconds to breathe anywhere. Krista was a beast and kept me chasing her the whole time. FUN!

I was really pushing to tie Jenette and Krista. I had about 45 seconds left for the last round and was happy to complete in time for one more deadlift. Great job everyone!

Jenna was always ahead of me!

Shea - 16 Rounds + 5 Deadlifts with 18# Deadlifts. (6 Years old @ 45#)
Shea was staying right with me.
