Run in 9:56...kept up an 8 min pace for the first two rounds but then my shoulders were burning and I had to keep re-positioning the bag. T2B were 15, then 10 at a time, then the last few were 5 and 4 at a time. WB's were 20, then 15 twice, then 10 at a time. My heartrate was in the 190's each set.
Krista and I staggered so I had no idea if I was ahead or behind her pace except for the run. She looked so fast on T2B so I really pushed it. Next time we need to go head-to-head! Great WOD.
This was challenging. Run went ok; completed @10:07. I stopped a few times - lost ground there. T2B got 15-10-10-10-5. WB's were 4 sets of 25. Thank you for joining me Jenette; so mad you beat me. (JK). Was great to see Bridgette too; keep it up! :o)
Oh, finished my mile run at 9:33 Broke up the other part of the wod like this. 4 rounds 25 wallballs 10 k2e (except for rnds 2&3 did 15, so it would add up to 50)
This really killed me! Finished my run a little over 10:00. the first 800m was pretty good, then shoulder fatigue set in. T2B were 12-10 then seemed to slowly dwindle from there. WBs I had 2 sets of 15 then the rest 10.
FYI - this was a WOD my sister made up for her group and it was meant to be a team WOD, but for some reason she did it on her own, so we thought we would try it too!

I meant two 10# bumper plates, so 20# total.
