8 rounds + 4 PP, 8 SDHP, 2 FSQRx'dI really disliked this wod...also felt a tight pain in the middle of my back btwn shoulder blades. I wanted to watch my form and not push it. Krista killed it! She was way ahead from the start. :-)

10 rounds + 4 PPRx'dI liked this wod. For some reason my left wrist was popping on the SDHP the first few rounds; I think my grip was bad. Managed to get it adjusted. Hard but fun! Way to push Jenette! :0)
03/22/13Deneshia 5 RoundsSDHP -not so sure about my form on this, like using kettlebell much more than bar.Still not able to do front squats; did first round with bar but didn't feel like I was keeping form. Switched to pvc pipe and even this was hard and felt heavy- assist to bosou. No strength or flexibility in my shoulders for front squats.

9 Rounds + 4 PP, 8 SDHP, 11 FS Rx'd1 rep away from 10 rounds! My back was feeling really fatigued on this one. Still wiped out from last week's WODs.
11 Rounds + 3 PP RX'd (03/18/13) on 03/24/13This hurt! The Front Squats were the hardest. This was my second WOD today. AND I did not like this WOD!
@Jen, I wonder if we were feeling something from the SDHP's? @Paul, at least I wasn't the only one!
