I really disliked this wod...also felt a tight pain in the middle of my back btwn shoulder blades. I wanted to watch my form and not push it.

Krista killed it! She was way ahead from the start. :-)

I liked this wod. For some reason my left wrist was popping on the SDHP the first few rounds; I think my grip was bad. Managed to get it adjusted. Hard but fun!

Way to push Jenette! :0)

SDHP -not so sure about my form on this, like using kettlebell much more than bar.
Still not able to do front squats; did first round with bar but didn't feel like I was keeping form. Switched to pvc pipe and even this was hard and felt heavy- assist to bosou. No strength or flexibility in my shoulders for front squats.

This hurt! The Front Squats were the hardest. This was my second WOD today. AND I did not like this WOD!
