I liked this one, but I would have liked it better if my quads weren't so sore from lunges and squats yesterday! The box jumps and burpees were actually the worst part.

Felt like this should have been somewhat quicker; TH's seemed slow. OHS were good. PC's didn't feel as smooth as I would have liked. Okay wod. Jenette was right with me until those BJ/OHS at the end. You did great Jenette! :0)

I felt slow on the thrusters. OHS were tough. I had a too long transition in going from 80# to 60# and setting up my box (had to assemble and move). Also always takes a few seconds to get into the rhythm w/box jumps. Want to try this one again...and go faster. :-) Thanks, Krista, for joining!!!! So glad for your encouragement.
