04/02/13Deneshia 21:38squats bosou assistpush ups 15 reg, then knee assistpush press 50#My lungs are not improving as fast as I wound like. Have to pause between exercises to breath. By the end I was light headed and shaky. For this WOD squats and push ups are my weakness and slow me down.
