Deneshia 20:17 Slower time than my previous; but I know my form was beautiful!
45# for 5reps then PVC pipe - assist to bench. Doing these correctly I could definitely feel weakness in my right shoulder and need a stronger core so I'm not so wobbly.

I am all over the place on this wod. All OHS unbroken except for the 3rd round; dropped the bar. Nice work on your back squats Leslie; they were solid.

This is one of my least favorate WO! I have a hard time with more weight then the Bar, So I did Back Squats1 Still a tough WO with those, The run was slow. Not going to even look for any Previous times!! Lol Thanks Krista, Real nice form way to go!! Nice Job Denesshia!

I am sticking to 75# with this. Although I was unbroken every round, my shoulders don't like this position. I felt great although I thought I was slow. The first 4 rounds were one at a time and very controlled while the last round I banged out all 15 as fast as I could.

Making progress! Thanks Sandra for joining and kicking my BUTT on the runs. I could not even keep up on the first one. You definitely kept me moving. My arms were shaking and I just had to meditate through the OHS. Couple rounds unbroken, but had to drop the bar once during three rounds. So many overhead lifts lately. It's a good thing. :-)

Did several tests and this was the max weight with the best ROM. I was aiming to squat on my 8" box bit still was not quite there. I hit the box a few times though, and got stuck a few times and had to drop the bar!

Krista's form was great! The runs were good and we had some awesome weather! Very good wod. :-))
