2:49 RX'd (02/26/13)Accomplished! My goal was sub 3! I started off with 21 straight. These felt smooth and fast. I started Jerking around 6 to save my stregnth. Then I did 2,1,1,1,2,1,1. Was in Vagas last 3 days! 25th Wedding Anniversary! I didn't even eat any sweets I did real well!! Didn't over eat just DRANK! I start back to work Full time on Friday. WO times for me will be all different!

2:29 RX'd (02/28/13)Jared wanted proof via Video that I did GRACE in 2:49. So I did it again with video and took 20 more seconds off. I didn't feel as smooth as a few days ago, but I also went a little harder this time.
