Accomplished! My goal was sub 3! I started off with 21 straight. These felt smooth and fast. I started Jerking around 6 to save my stregnth. Then I did 2,1,1,1,2,1,1. These were drop and pick up immediately. It's funny to look back and see that I was so excited about getting Sub 5 back in 2009.

This was hard. Did this after doing the 2-23-13 wod with Jenette. We killed them both!! Yay. Awesome job Jenette. Thanks for being crazy like me! :0)

Was in Vagas last 3 days! 25th Wedding Anniversary! I didn't even eat any sweets I did real well!! Didn't over eat just DRANK! I start back to work Full time on Friday. WO times for me will be all different!

First time Rx'd on this one. I followed Krista's and Jenette's lead and made this my second WOD of the day. I figured I needed it after not working out for 5 days! The 80# was tough - was definitely using the jerk to get up the weight.

Jared wanted proof via Video that I did GRACE in 2:49. So I did it again with video and took 20 more seconds off. I didn't feel as smooth as a few days ago, but I also went a little harder this time.

I watched the video of Grace and concluded it was in 2:28. 1 Second, I know but I am taking it!
