This is agood one. The first half was worse than the second half. The last 10 I was too focused on beating my previous time to worry about how tired I was. Tried to keep my pace under 2:00.

Having never completed this WOD previously, I didn't have a frame of reference and could have pushed harder in the first half. By the time I'd completed 15 rounds I knew I had a lot left. First half pace was around 2:10, second half was at 1:58. Anything faster and my efficiency went downhill.

After those overhead lifts yesterday my shoulders were fired up! I was thankful to have a friend over so we could chase each other on the row and keep track of distances. Fun WOD!!!
