10:14 RX'd (02/08/13)This was heavy. I ended up using a rack for the front squats and was able to get 10,4,3,3. While doing my Box Jumps I had realized I tweaked my back. It slowed me down for the remainder of the WOD. Now I can't move! Be Careful and do only weight you are comfortable with.
9:42100# Front squatsThis was a good WOD. Used a rack for the front squats so that I would be able to do heavier weight. Did 8-5-4-3. Box jumps weren't bad - just kept going at a steady pace. KB's were 28-12. Wallballs were tough - couldn't get a rhythm down and it took all I had to get the ball to the mark.Great job Leslie and Krista! This was fun!Did a mile run with the kids after. Kept pace with Shea who beat his previous time. 8:55!
10:25 100lb FS24" BJ, 35lb KB, 14lb WBI liked this! Jen smoked us. FS 11-6-3, almost missed the box on one of my jumps, got all 40 KB's, WB's started out tough, was hitting at 9ft instead of 8ft; realized this about half way through. Nice work ladies! Thanks for having us today; this was a fun WO! Might have been able to go a bit higher on the FS 8,5,4,3, BJ's real slow, KB's stopped 3 times, WB where fine,but had to drop 4 times. Great job on the Run !!!12:20FS @80lbsKB @35lbsWB @14lbs
