Great group WOD! Nice to see everyone. Hesitated on the BJ's each time. I actually look forward to these 44# kb WOD's because then 35# seems so easy. :-)

We were all so close on this one! It was a great morning for a workout. Ring dips are always my struggle - only first rnd unbroken on those.

Started with BJs first since there were so many of us using the rings. Not a bad problem to have!

As much as i hate this WOD, I really like it. It is really core driven and gets the upper body. Wish I hit 10 rounds.
