I have not done a wod in 5 days and it showed. DU's killed me. 1st round I was all over the place; 2nd round did 4 sets of 25. PP were so hard; put bar down 3x's each round. T2B made me nauseous today. 15-10 first round, 15-7-3 2nd round.

This WOD was brutal I struggled through the entire thing. I couldn't seem to do my double unders, I resorted to singles. I can not remember the last time I have done toes to bar so I had to do them in increments of 5. Happy to get this one done!

Deneshia 24:30 This one called for a temper tantrum for sure!
Second round of DU's I needed steel toed shoes for all the mistakes I made! I spent at least 5minutes just on this.
50# PP reps of 10.
T2B reps of 5 with kipping. Is kipping ok or do I need to scale down to something else?

Absolutely, Kipping is OK! I don't think any of us does these strict including me!

This was STUPID! I was shooting for sub 15 and was way off the mark. Double Unders were good. I did 97 and 3 the first round and 36, 34, 20 and 10 the second round. Push Press was brutal with no more than 11 at any time. T2B were just as hard with about 6 each time. My forearms were done!

I agree with everyone else - this one was BRUTAL! First round of DU's took me 3:30. 1st round of PP I was able to get 11-10-8 and the rest was 5 or 6 reps. Second round only 5-6 reps at a time. T2B were 15-7-3 and 13-6-4-2.

@Krista - you didn't do so horrible!
