I was 5 seconds to slow on my 2nd round. I needed 1:38 to half my time. This was a really good quick WOD! My Snatches felt great and good form.

This was super tough, the burpees were a rest. I found myself having trouble lowering the bar and got a pain in my right shoulder, but it's fine and we worked out my form. I'm happy to have halved my time in the second wod.

I think this was my first time doing 60# snatches in a WOD. Felt good - no problem getting the weight up, but dropped it from the top every rep.
