3:17 and 1:43 RX'd (2/23/13) 5:00 Total I was 5 seconds to slow on my 2nd round. I needed 1:38 to half my time. This was a really good quick WOD! My Snatches felt great and good form.
This was super tough, the burpees were a rest. I found myself having trouble lowering the bar and got a pain in my right shoulder, but it's fine and we worked out my form. I'm happy to have halved my time in the second wod.
Krista says let's do two work- outs and I say OK! :-) Fun!!!

I think this was my first time doing 60# snatches in a WOD. Felt good - no problem getting the weight up, but dropped it from the top every rep.
