This wasn't one of my favorites. I was really working on my squat snatch - probably only getting to a 1/2 squat on most. Along with DU's my legs were toast on this one.

This was difficult! I had just finished GRACE 5 minutes prior with a new PR. My shoulders were fatigued immediately on the start of the WOD. I only was unbroken with DU's on the first and last rounds. I felt my Squat Snatches were too slow.

Subbed squat snatches (not comfortable with that lift) for thrusters @ 45#. Dus were difficult. They made my arms so tired and i couldnt get a great rhythm going. Still a single in between.

Not too bad. DU's were pretty tough; did not get any rounds unbroken. First round was closest with 34! After that pretty much 20-10-5. Squat Snatches felt pretty good especially by the 3rd/4th round.

Jenette did great on her snatches; powered through them. Just have to get you going on those DU's!!

This was great practice on a movement we don't do very often. I loved it! I would also like to do double-unders. :-)
