20 handstand push-ups

This was my first official WOD in the handstand position...all other times I've subbed for different things. It was such fun! Krista was so patient and helped me the whole time. I was able to do the handstand and had some ROM, but used 45# & 15# bumpers and an abmat.

This was interesting...row was slow...HSPU felt good. Used 45lb bumper + ab mat. ROM was pretty good. Thanks Jenette; I was doubting we could get it done but we stuck it out and worked together! Nice job!! Keep practicing.

I shortly remembered how much this one really sucked the first time, soon after the 2nd Rd of this one!! Lol; Krista made me work hard on this1 I'm pleased with the out come. The Squats got to me, I was so dizzy form the Pushups to the standing position, my legs where jelly.

I had to sub the power cleans for kettlebell squat cleans. I used the 35# pound kettlebell. Not to shabby doing this after a 5 mile run!!

This was hard for me today. Every muscle in my back is SORE from the deadlift/pullup combo I did yesterday - made the PC's difficult.

The squats were the hardest part about this WOD! This is actually a great WOD but I do not want to do it again for a while. I was unbroken on the PC's and the PU's every round. PU's were Chest to Ground (Completely).
