I did the HALF!
This was brutal! The half is good enough. It was an arm killer. I was able to do the first round unbroken and in about 5:45. The rows were brutal the 2nd and 3rd rounds barely maintaining under a 2:00 pace. 2nd round I was able to do 16 Pushups and 16 Pullups to start and the 3rd I got 11 Pushups and 16 Pullups to start. I was thinking 35 minutes if I did the full but it would be more like 45 to 50 minutes.

36:47 (23 wks) and this is what I did:
3 rounds
1000 m run
25 pushups knee assist
1000 m run
25 jumping pullups ( I really need to borrow a band)

Lots of modifications :( but still a good workout.

Super tough! My runs were slow. 1st row 2:01, 3rd row 2:20. Pushups were better than I thought - was able to knock out 15 in a row each round. Run 1 - 2:30, 2 - 2:45, 3 - 3:00. Started off pullups with 10 each round; the last round was killer - I was glad to be done!
